Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work on everything from bespoke architectural homes and large-scale renovations through to commercial refurbishments, rural sheds and lifestyle property developments. That experience has given me a strong understanding of not only the building process itself, but also the importance of planning, budgeting, timelines and building lasting relationships with clients throughout the journey.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner, I take pride in delivering homes and buildings that are built properly — with quality materials, skilled tradespeople and attention to detail at every stage. I’ve always believed that good construction is about more than just the finished product; it’s about creating a smooth, transparent experience and building spaces that genuinely suit the way people live, work and enjoy Central Otago.
Since those early days, our region has grown rapidly — with families seeking a better lifestyle, holidaymakers putting down roots, historic homes being thoughtfully renovated and new communities emerging across Central Otago. Watching Alexandra and the surrounding towns evolve, I knew I wanted to play a part in shaping that growth responsibly while maintaining the quality and character our region is known for.

Our commitment to forging great relationships extends to our subcontractors. Working with the best in the Otago region, we will transform your empty section into your building canvas through site excavation and earthworks, then lay the foundations, add septic requirements, drainage and the finishing touches with landscaping and driveways.
Drafting up your dream home & fine tuning plans
Next step is getting your ideas on paper or fine tuning your existing plans. Engaging us at the design stage allows us to offer expert advice on energy efficiency, materials, cost savings and council process to avoid those bumps in the road down the track.
